Regina’s dynamic art scene is anchored by major institutions, artist-run centres, and commercial galleries that champion Saskatchewan artists. The MacKenzie Art Gallery and Dunlop Art Gallery present local and national exhibitions, while spaces like Neutral Ground and Sâkêwêwak First Nations Artists’ Collective foster experimentation and community connection. Commercial galleries such as Slate Fine Art, Assiniboia Gallery, and Nouveau Gallery highlight contemporary Prairie artists. From the legacy of the Regina Five to a flourishing community of Indigenous creators, the city continues to attract curators, scholars, and artists—establishing Regina as a vital site for cultural production, critical dialogue, and artistic innovation.
